The KFH240/74 features 2no 13amp sockets and a blanked data space housed in a Black IP66 rated top section. This top section must be fitted to either a screed back box ref: KGT200/74 or a cavity floor back box ref:KGT200RF/74. When closed the outlet achieves an IP66 rating. When in use the lid sits partially open. A simple manual twisk lock opens and closes the lid. The blanked space can be adapted for either a data socket or a powered USB outlet.

The KFH240/74 twin top section is designed in accordance with the safety requirements of Directive 2006/95/CE (Low Voltage) through compliance with UNE-EN standard 60.670. CE and UKCA marked. The manual locked top section is supplied with 2no 13amp unswitched sockets and a Cat6 data module.

The manual turn locking top section will requires a metal edge such as a small coin to facilitate the opening and closing of the floor outlet. When in use, the lid is supported by a sprung metal pedestal bracket which holds the lid in a partially open position. Note when open the unit is only IP20 rated. The back box is supplied with drainage options. Fitting instructions should be fully followed. The outlet will also benefit from occassional cleaning to remove dirt and grime build up.
