KFH140/74 – 13amp UK socket – Manual twist lock – Black

KFH14/74 – Black single top section with manual twist lid lock. Internally the unit has a 13amp socket and blanked data module space. If required a data or USB charger module can be fitted into this opening. The top section must be used with either the screed back box (KGT100/74) or cavity floor back box (KGT100RF/74)
The sleek black finish is designed to complement a wide scope of floor finishes. The manual opening/closing lock allows easy access to the sockets. When in use, the lid is anchored in a partially open position. When closed the lid sits seamlessly flush with the surrounding floor surface.
The Simon-Box is installed in a wide range of projects and is an ideal choice for areas which would benefit from in-floor power that requires to be occasionally wet washed. Project examples include Airport concourse areas, retail and car showrooms, hotels, stadiums and private homes.

The KFH140/74 top section is designed in accordance with the safety requirements of Directive 2006/95/CE (Low Voltage) through compliance with UNE-EN standard 60.670. CE and UKCA marked. The manual locked top section is supplied with 2no 13amp unswitched sockets and a Cat6 data module.

The manual turn locking top section will requires a metal edge such as a small coin to facilitate the opening and closing of the floor outlet. When in use, the lid is supported by a sprung metal pedestal bracket which holds the lid in a partially open position. Note when open the unit is IP20 rated. The back box is supplied with drainage options. Fitting instructions should be fully followed.
